Sanjay Bhandari

Sanjay Bhandari is the CEO and co-founder of Echios, specializing in talent development for organizations. With a robust background in Learning and Development, Sanjay has designed and led learning programs for major financial institutions, including Goldman Sachs, Credit Suisse, and Barclays. Previous roles include teaching at Teach First and significant positions at Merrill Lynch, 7city Learning, and Fitch Learning, where Sanjay played a key role in developing eLearning platforms and global training solutions. Sanjay holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Electronic Engineering from the University of Warwick, where academic pursuits took place from 2000 to 2003.
