Nate Exsted is an accomplished finance and accounting recruiter with extensive experience in executive search and staffing. As Co-Founder of Echo Search Group since August 2020, Nate has developed a multi-faceted recruitment philosophy focused on client and candidate ambitions. Previously, Nate held the position of Director of Permanent Placement at a boutique Minnesota executive search firm, excelling in sales and full-cycle recruiting. Additional experience includes roles as Division Director and Recruiting Manager at a global staffing firm, and Audit Associate at KPMG, where major clients included General Mills and Cargill. Nate's educational background includes a Bachelor's degree in Accounting from Saint Cloud State University.
