David Moynahan

David Moynahan is currently serving as the Chief Strategy Officer at Echo since April 2024. With a background in senior performance auditing at the Office of the Auditor-General in New Zealand, Moynahan also has experience as the General Manager at ITRecycla Wellington and as the Managing Director at Moynahan Transport. David holds a Bachelor's Degree in International Relations and Political Studies from Victoria University of Wellington.
