Echo Analytics was established in 2023 as the next step in an ongoing gamification project, the roots of which lie in a real business problem encountered in one of the largest outsourcing companies in the world. The Echo Platform is a direct answer to this problem and has evolved to become what it is today. The main goal and our mission is to introduce and raise the level of awareness of a new approach where the employee is put in the center of attention. Business has accustomed us to a customer-centric approach, where the customer is always on top, now it`s time for an employee-centric approach that puts the employee in the center.
