Sheila Rue

Sheila Rue is a strategic technology leader and customer advocate currently serving as the Director of Voice of Customer at Microsoft, where they translate the needs of small and medium business customers into actionable insights. Before this role, Sheila held various leadership positions, including Global Value Realization Director at IFS and Senior Director at Infor. They also founded Echo Aspen and contributed to organizations such as Intellect and Avexus. Sheila is pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Industrial/Organizational Psychology from Washington State University.
