Born from firsthand experience operating senior living communities, Echo Assurance isn't your typical insurance brokerage. We're owner-operators who saw a gap in the industry - where traditional brokers were selling policies, while operators needed partners who understood the delicate balance between resident care, operational efficiency, and risk management.

Our track record speaks volumes: Over $2 billion in placed premiums protecting 250,000+ beds across 500+ communities. But what truly matters is how we've transformed insurance from a necessary expense into a strategic advantage for senior living operators.

When a memory care facility faced a 300% premium increase that threatened their existence, we didn't just find coverage - we engineered a solution that cut their insurance spend by 40%. When communities struggled with rising worker's compensation costs, our innovative risk management strategies reduced claims by 45%. These aren't just statistics - they're the difference between communities thriving or merely surviving.

Led by owners who actively operate IL, AL, and MC communities across the Western U.S., Echo Assurance brings a unique perspective to every client relationship. We test our solutions in our own communities first, because we believe in protecting your residents the same way we protect ours.

Our expertise in captive insurance programs, alternative risk financing, and operational risk management has earned industry recognition - including Healthcare Power Broker honors. But our real measure of success is helping operators sleep better at night, knowing their communities are protected by partners who understand senior living from the inside out.

Echo Assurance exists for one reason: to empower senior living operators to focus on what matters most - providing exceptional care - while we handle the complexities of risk management with the insight only fellow operators can provide.
