Echo Dept. is a music consultancy and artist management company founded by industry veterans Andy Spence and Toby Peacock. We have guided artists at every level and across multiple genres through some exceptional campaigns.

Whether it’s new music, revisiting your catalogue or live touring, we will create and oversee a bespoke plan that delivers across all aspects of your business:
marketing, budgeting, timelines, team liason, asset archiving and creation, content management and creative direction; audience strategy, CRM, D2C and Merch; touring and ticketing.

Every artist’s journey is different, so we start by understanding what already works for you — whether that’s streaming, sync, touring, or something more specific to your world. From there, we help strengthen and evolve your business, focusing on growth that lasts.

We’re here for Artists who have existing careers and need expertise from people who have extensive and unique industry experience.

You Create, We Support, You Keep What's Yours.
