Josh Hood

Josh Hood's work experience is as follows:

- From July 2022 to the present, they have been working at Echo as a Partner and Chief Financial Officer. In this role, they are responsible for leading the Treasury & Accounting Department and managing accounts and relationships with five banking institutions. Josh also handles cash flow reporting and analysis, budget preparation, and risk management/mitigation.

- From March 2022 to June 2022, they worked at Echo as a Partner and Chief Accounting Officer. In this role, they were in charge of the final review of month-end close processes, preparation of internal and external financial reporting, and compliance with operating and service agreements.

- From January 2021 to February 2022, they served as Partner and EVP - Treasury/Accounting at Echo.

- From January 2018 to December 2020, they held the position of Executive Vice President - Treasury/Accounting at Echo.

- From March 2014 to December 2017, they worked at Echo as a Vice President - Treasury/Accounting.

- In 2013, they worked as a Graduate Research Assistant at the University of Oklahoma - Price College of Business.

- In 2013, they had a role as a Global Commodities Associate at Deutsche Bank, where they were responsible for fundamentals analysis and valuation, assisting the commodities sales team, and compiling data spreadsheets.

- From October 2010 to August 2012, they were a Forensic Meteorologist at Weather Decision Technologies Inc. In this role, they created custom weather analysis reports, monitored assets for various industries, and served as a lead Meteorologist for lightning products.

Josh Hood completed their education history with a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Atmospheric Sciences and Meteorology from the University of Oklahoma, which they obtained from 2005 to 2010. Later, in 2012 to 2013, they pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree with a focus on Energy and Finance from the same institution. Additionally, during the year 2013, they briefly attended New York University to earn another Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree, specializing in Business Administration and Management, General.
