Michael Harbert

Michael Harbert has been in the business development field for over 20 years. Michael started in 1992 at Safety-Kleen as a Special Markets representative. In 1997, they took on the role of Manager of Business Development at ECS Refining, where they provided IT Asset Disposition Services, End of Life Electronics Recycling Services, Risk Mitigation, Certified Destruction Services, and Brand Protection Services to the Fortune 1000, Healthcare, Financial Institutions, Municipalities, Data Centers, Large Enterprise businesses, and many more. In 2017, they became the Director of Solar PV Recycling at ECS Refining, Inc., where they processed 2.5 Million Pounds of Solar PV and associated Solar Scrap. In 2018, they moved to Echo Environmental as Senior Director of Business Development and in 2020, they joined Teladvance, LLC as Sr. Director of Business Development.

Michael Harbert attended Colerain High School from 1978 to 1981 and then Cincinnati State Technical and Community College from 1983 to 1985, where they studied Sales Marketing.
