Jon specializes in sales management and consulting, focusing on freight analysis, rate negotiations, carrier management, and technology integration with client e-commerce platforms. Prior to this, Jon held significant roles at YRC and Yellow Transportation from July 1983 to February 2009, where responsibilities included Director of Corporate and Local Sales and Director of Business Development. Jon holds a degree in Business with a concentration in Marketing and Sales Processes from The University of Olivet, where studies were completed between 1976 and 1980.
