Todd Anderson has extensive experience in IT and desktop services, currently serving as a Senior Desktop Services Engineer at Echo Global Logistics since May 2021. Prior to this role, Todd worked at Mars from February 2015 to April 2021 as an End User Services Engineer and from July 2005 to February 2015 as the North America IT Support Lead.
