Joel Urich

Joel Urich is currently the Senior Manager of Quality Control at ECHO Incorporated, where they manage a team of 27 QC staff across multiple shifts. With a focus on quality issues throughout the production process, they oversee areas from receiving inspection to final product quality. Prior to their role at ECHO, Joel served as a Quality Control Supervisor at Dukane Corporation from 1981 to 2003. Joel holds a Bachelor of Applied Science in Business Administration from the University of Phoenix, alongside two Associate degrees in Computer Programming and Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Harper College and Waubonsee Community College, respectively.
