Mark Stepien

Mark Stepien is a dynamic sales and business development leader currently serving as the Director of Sales at ECHO Incorporated. With extensive experience in developing high-performance teams, Mark has held various leadership roles, including Regional Sales Manager at Briggs & Stratton and Specialty Sales Team Lead at BRP. Mark previously supervised the North American Evinrude Government Sales Division, where they established sales targets and managed budgets. In addition to their professional achievements, Mark is pursuing a Master of Business Administration at Lakeland University and holds a Bachelor of Science in Business and Economics from the University of Wisconsin-Stevens Point.
