Todd Gray

Todd Gray is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in both sports officiating and business management. Since 2011, Todd has been self-employed as a Swimming & Diving Official, involved with NCAA events, USA Swimming, and the Illinois High School Association, achieving multiple certifications and serving in key roles, including Boy’s and Girl’s State Diving Referee. Prior to this, Todd held various management positions at companies such as U.S. Cellular, where the focus was on enhancing retail operations across over 250 locations, and Ace Hardware Corporation, achieving significant growth in business performance through strategic planning and training development. Todd obtained an MBA and a Graduate Certificate in Human Resource Management from the Keller Graduate School of Management of DeVry University, complemented by a B.S. in Radio/Television and Business from Butler University. Currently, Todd serves as the Senior Sales Manager for Key Accounts at ECHO Incorporated, a prominent manufacturer of outdoor power equipment.
