Karan Rai

Karan Rai, MPH, FRSPH, is an experienced professional specializing in Monitoring and Evaluation, Research, and Data Science, serving as the Department Head at ECHO India since 2020. They hold a Master of Public Health from the University of Essex and are a Fellow of the Royal Society of Public Health. Karan has over nine years of experience leading diverse teams and managing complex projects across international settings, having established new business verticals and improved organizational processes. They have also contributed significantly to quality assurance and strategic engagement initiatives, resulting in substantial funding and recognition for ECHO India. Karan is currently pursuing further specialization in Epidemiology for Public Health at Imperial College London.
