Zachary Frederick

Zachary Frederick began their career in 2001 as a Desktop Support Technician at W.N. Tuscano Agency, where they installed Windows, created new users, and delivered phone support. Zachary also supported a proprietary CRM system and implemented a paperless system. In addition, they were promoted to Systems Manager and initiated all purchases and handled licenses, provided support for applications, software, and system design, and administered and custom-designed backup systems. Finally, they were promoted to IT Manager, where they managed all IT initiatives and strategy, created and enforced standards for implementing technical solutions, and evaluated hardware and software, obtained quotes from vendors, and purchased new hardware. In 2021, they joined Echo IT Consulting LLC as the Chief Operating Officer.

Zachary Frederick attended the Computer Learning Center from 2000 to 2001, studying Network Engineering and Technology.
