Dusty Gore

Dusty Gore is an experienced construction professional currently serving as a Construction Superintendent at Tesla since March 2024. Previously, Dusty worked at Bechtel (MCI) as SGF from June 2023 to March 2024. Dusty has extensive experience as a crane operator, having held positions at Echo Maintenance Ltd and North Houston Pole Line from June 2021 to June 2023. Earlier roles include serving as Crane and Rigging Senior General Foreman and Workforce Development Coordinator at Bechtel Oil, Gas, & Chemicals from August 2015 to June 2021, as well as Crane Operator at Fluor Corporation and Rigging General Foreman at Bechtel Power Corporation. Responsibilities included ensuring safe rigging practices, reviewing lift plans, and maintaining equipment for heavy lifts.
