Founded in 2002 in a remote log cabin in southern Vermont, Echo Point is built on the belief that if you build a better mousetrap, the world will beat a path to your door.

We still handle our own warehousing and fulfillment, though we’ve long since moved out of the cabin and into a warehouse closer to town.

Over the last two decades, Echo Point grown into one of the country’s largest online booksellers by turning millions of books headed for the pulp mill or landfill into over $100mm of income for our publisher partners. Along the way, we became a publisher. Since 2011 our team has brought hundreds of beloved out of print titles back into print through partnerships with authors and heirs. In 2018, we started the audiobook division that increasingly defines us today. Echo Point is an independent audiobook publisher with a passion for bringing enduringly popular, often complex, and always eclectic titles into audio.
