Dawson Horacek

Dawson Horacek is currently an MBA Candidate at UNC Kenan-Flagler Business School, focusing on Management & Leadership and Entrepreneurship. In August 2023, Dawson began serving as a Project Coordinator for ECHO Power Engineering, coordinating project details and overseeing financial accountability for a budget exceeding $20 million. Dawson previously held multiple leadership roles in the U.S. Army, including Rear Detachment Commander and Operations Officer within the 82nd Airborne Division, where responsibilities included commanding a 200-Soldier unit during a critical deployment. Additionally, Dawson served as the Executive Officer and Platoon Leader in the 101st Airborne Division, managing training and operations for a reconnaissance unit. Dawson graduated from the University of Wisconsin-La Crosse with a Bachelor's degree in Psychology and earned a Distilled Spirits Business Certificate from the University of Louisville.
