Royce Kilgore

Royce Kilgore is a Mechanical Engineer with extensive experience in various engineering roles. Currently employed at ECHO Power Engineering since March 2018, Royce has previously served as a First-line Supervisor in the Kansas Army National Guard from March 2013 to January 2017, where responsibilities included mentoring junior crew members and ensuring adherence to safety regulations. Royce also held the position of Staff Engineer at PKMR Engineers from September 2015 to December 2016, focusing on designing plumbing, mechanical, and electrical plans for commercial projects in compliance with relevant codes. Additionally, as Team Lead in a Senior Capstone Design Project at the University of Kansas in collaboration with Honda R&D Americas, Inc., Royce led efforts to reduce the weight of an aluminum automobile part while maintaining performance standards. Royce earned a Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Kansas between 2012 and 2015.
