Allan Morales is an experienced electrical engineer with a comprehensive background in power engineering and distribution reliability. Currently serving as an Area Engineer at ECHO Power Engineering since March 2013, Allan previously held positions at the City of Tallahassee, where responsibilities included designing substations to accommodate regional growth as both a Relay/Substation Supervisor and Substation Engineer.
