Ashley Burnett

Ashley Burnett, PHR, SHRM-CP, is an experienced Human Resources professional currently serving as the Human Resources Manager at Echo Power since September 2021. In this role, Ashley manages all HR functions, including strategy development, compliance, recruiting, employee relations, benefits, and training. Prior to this position, Ashley held various HR roles, including Human Resources Generalist at Agero, Inc., Human Resources Representative at Hendrickson, and Project Support Assistant with the US Army Civilian Corps. Early career experiences include roles as an HR Recruiting Specialist III at Aflac, Auto Claim Representative at State Farm, Teller at Wells Fargo, and Marketing Coordinator at Armstrong Teasdale LLP. Ashley earned a Bachelor of Science in Mass Communication/Media Studies from Southeast Missouri State University in 2010.
