Martin Capistran is an experienced electrical engineer with a strong background in power engineering and relay systems. Currently employed at ECHO Power Engineering since October 2018, Martin has previously held electrical engineering positions at ZAP Engineering & Construction Services, Inc. and Electric Power Systems. With expertise as a Relay & SCADA engineer and as a Relay engineer at Electric Power Systems, Martin also served in the Air National Guard as an SRA from 2008 to 2013. Martin obtained education from Tennessee Technological University between 2011 and 2013.
