Scotty Carroll

Scotty Carroll serves as the Chief Executive Officer and Owner of Echo Power since April 2009, a company specializing in professional engineering and technical services. Previously, Scotty held various engineering leadership roles, including COO, VP of Engineering, and Engineering Manager, where responsibilities included overseeing electrical design, studies, testing, and commissioning for power systems ranging from 480V to 345kV. In addition, Scotty has been the President of InnerFire Ministries since July 2006, focusing on encouraging Christians to actively live out their faith. Scotty's earlier experience also includes a tenure as Supervising Engineer at Emerson Network Power and Engineering and Production Manager at Florida Transformer Inc. Scotty holds a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from Florida State University, earned between 1987 and 1991.
