Roman Goodfellow is an experienced professional with a diverse background in operations management and construction. Currently serving as a Tenant Coordinator at ECHO Realty since March 2018, Roman has previously held the position of Director of Operations at Decor Steals, Inc., where responsibilities included improving operational systems and managing HR services. Roman’s earlier experience includes serving as a Construction Manager at Destination Maternity Corp, where oversight of construction projects was a key responsibility, and a Senior CAD Designer, where Roman established the store planning department for a national retailer. Roman began the career as a CAD Designer at Charming Shoppes and holds an Associate's degree in Pre-Engineering from Camden County College, along with education from Rutgers University.
