Nick Thomas is an experienced ACA qualified CFO with strong commercial and leadership skills in the media industry. They have worked internationally in both corporate and private equity environments, with extensive experience in M&A transactions across Europe and North America. Currently, Nick serves as a Board Member and Finance Trustee at The Snowdon Trust, and as a Fractional CFO for both The Upside® and Echo Research. Previously, they held various senior finance positions, including CFO roles at Warner/Chappell Music, CBS Outdoor International, and dentsu Aegis Network. Nick holds an MA in Politics and Economic History from Glasgow University and is dedicated to building well-respected finance functions that drive value within organizations.
