Susan Sarratt

Susan Sarratt has extensive experience in content strategy, education, and program management. Sarratt served as a Graduate Teaching Assistant at the University of Wisconsin-Madison from 2002 to 2004, teaching introductory communications courses. Prior roles include Program Manager and Outreach Manager at River of Words, where coordination of poetry contests and curriculum development was key. Sarratt also worked as Circulation Manager at Home Energy Magazine, handling magazine circulation and subscriber engagement. In various roles at Inkling from 2011 to 2014, Sarratt provided consulting and content support for digital content management. Sarratt currently holds the position of Senior Content Strategist at Echo360, contributing to content strategy initiatives. Education includes a Master of Science in Life Sciences Communication from the University of Wisconsin-Madison and a Bachelor of Science in Environmental Science from Western Washington University.
