Randy Eaglestone has been working in the engineering field since 1996. Randy began as a Principle Design Engineer at Cascade Engineering Services, Inc., where they developed new product concepts, solid modeling, analysis of critical components, and prototyping. Randy then moved on to Avion Partners in 2004 as an Engineering Consultant. In 2009, they became a Principle Design Consultant at Honeywell Aerospace, where they re-designed or updated the Flight Data Recorder and the Cockpit Voice Recorder. In 2011, they worked as a Consultant at Astronics AES, where they were responsible for packaging avionics for the Lear Jet 85 and environmental testing and qualification efforts for electronics that were flight critical. In 2014, they joined Conducive Design, LLC as a Mechanical Design Engineer, and then in 2016 they moved to Echodyne Corp as a Mechanical Engineer.
Randy Eaglestone attended Central Washington University from 1981 to 1985, where they received a B.S. in Manufacturing Engineering Technology and a B.S. in Manufacturing, Electronics, Plastics, Hydraulics, and Metalurgy.
