Eric Dawson

Eric Dawson is a seasoned leader in youth activism and social change, currently serving as the Founder and CEO of RIVET, where they are launching a new initiative to empower young people to drive social change through consumer engagement. From 1992 to 2022, they were the CEO of Peace First, an organization dedicated to equipping young people with the skills and resources needed to address global challenges and foster collaborative change. Eric's educational background includes a BA in Social Studies and an MEd in Risk and Prevention from Harvard University, alongside an MDiv in Pastoral Studies/Counseling from Harvard Divinity School, and a Doctor of Education in Leadership and Innovation from NYU Steinhardt. Their diverse experiences also include directing a summer camp in a Boston public housing complex and working on disability awareness initiatives.
