Joshua Kim

Joshua Kim serves as the Director of Regulatory Affairs at Kosmos by EchoNous since May 2023, previously holding the title of Senior Manager of Regulatory Affairs. In addition, Joshua is an Affiliate Assistant Professor in the Biomedical Regulatory Affairs Program at the University of Washington from August 2020 to July 2025. Joshua has extensive experience in regulatory affairs, having worked as a Principal Regulatory Affairs Specialist at both Cardiac Dimensions and Apollo Endosurgery, and as a Senior Regulatory Affairs Specialist at Boston Scientific. Prior roles include senior regulatory positions at EKOS Corporation and Solta Medical, where notable achievements include developing regulatory submission strategies for emerging device markets. Joshua's career began in quality control roles at Immune Design and Genentech, with consultancy work at Aerotek contributing to significant laboratory efficiency improvements. Joshua holds a B.S. in Biochemistry/Molecular Biology from the University of California, Davis, and a Master of Science in Biomedical Regulatory Affairs from the University of Washington.
