Robert Massarelli

Robert Massarelli has extensive work experience in various industries, including software development, education, and business consulting. Robert is currently the CEO and Co-Founder of echonovum, a Swiss software company that specializes in developing intelligent digital solutions for leaders. Prior to their current role, Robert worked as a lecturer and examiner at SIB Schweizerisches Institut für Betriebsökonomie. Robert also served as the Head of Quality Management at Zürcher Hochschule der Künste and as a lecturer in Quality Management at Hochschule Luzern. Additionally, Robert held various leadership positions in the fields of business consulting and organizational development. Robert started their career at PostLogistics AG, where they worked in Business Development and Controlling.

Robert Massarelli has a diverse education history. In 2020, they attended the University of St.Gallen and studied Strategische Geschäftsführung für CEO's und Verwaltungsräte (Strategic Business Management for CEOs and Board Members). In 2014, they completed a program at the European Foundation of Quality Management, EFQM, where they became an Excellence Assessor. From 2012 to 2013, they pursued an Executive MBA in General Management at the University of St.Gallen. In 2008 to 2010, they attended Lucerne University of Applied Sciences and Arts and earned a degree in MAS Business Excellence. Additionally, in 2010, they received certifications from the Swiss Association for Quality, SAQ, as a Business Excellence Assessor and Business Excellence Coach. Robert also obtained certifications from the European Organisation for Quality, EOQ, as an EOQ TQM Leader and EOQ TQM Assessor.
