Hugo Lorée

Hugo Lorée is an experienced Innovation Engineer at Echosens since October 2016, specializing in signal processing, clinical studies, statistical analysis, and project management. As a former Ph.D. student, Hugo focused on "Elastographie impulsionnelle," investigating artifacts and developing a monochromatic elastic wave guidance method. Prior experience includes a research internship at Echosens, where Hugo optimized algorithms for measuring the shear viscosity of hepatic tissues, and additional internships at NearLab, Inria, and Laboratoire Traitement du Signal et de l’Image, involving surgical robotics, MRI image segmentation, and research methods in imaging. Educational credentials include a Diplôme d'ingénieur in biomedical engineering from ESIR and a preparatory cycle in mathematics and computer science from Université de Rennes I.
