Xavier Maurel

Xavier Maurel is an experienced industrial performance and operations specialist with a strong background in the management of production and industrialization processes. Currently serving as Responsable performance industrielle & Responsable site at Echosens since February 2019, Xavier oversees production departments and operational site management while leading the company’s carbon balance and CO2 emission reduction strategies. Prior to this, at EUROS SAS, noteworthy contributions included establishing an industrialization service and enhancing product processes. Xavier's earlier roles at Safran Aircraft Engines involved significant investments in production machinery and continuous improvement initiatives. Xavier holds a Master of Science in Industrial Engineering from Arts et Métiers ParisTech and a Master of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Georgia Institute of Technology.
