Carrie Million possesses extensive experience in customer experience and workforce management, having served as Director of Workforce Management and Director of Customer Experience Field Operations at EchoStar Corporation from October 2022 to August 2025. Prior to this, Carrie held multiple leadership roles at DISH Network from May 2018 to October 2022, including Director of CX Transformation, where responsibilities included overseeing customer journeys and product stability, as well as Director and Senior Manager of Digital Customer Experience, focusing on the strategic vision for digital applications and collaborating with cross-functional teams. Carrie earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Spanish and Political Science from Wake Forest University in May 2010.
