Geji Loether

Geji Loether is a seasoned corporate attorney currently serving as VP and Associate General Counsel for Corporate Securities and M&A at EchoStar Corporation. With a strong background in corporate governance, securities law, and mergers and acquisitions, Geji leads a team of lawyers and manages SEC compliance for multiple public filers. Prior to this role, Geji held positions at DISH Network, ViewRay, and Rowan Companies, leveraging a unique combination of corporate, tax, and securities law expertise. Geji graduated from Texas A&M University and earned joint JD and MBA degrees from American University, along with an LLM in Tax from the University of Houston Law Center. In addition to professional commitments, Geji serves on the board of directors for Ronald McDonald House Charities of Denver and enjoys cooking and drawing in personal time.
