Jeff Blum

Jeff Blum serves as the Executive Vice President of External and Government Affairs at EchoStar, overseeing public policy and regulatory matters. They have been with EchoStar since 2005, previously serving as Vice-President and Associate General Counsel at DISH Network. Before their time at DISH, Blum was a partner at Davis Wright Tremaine LLP, focusing on copyright and First Amendment litigation. Blum earned a J.D. summa cum laude from Boston University School of Law in 1995, graduating first in their class, and holds a B.A. from McGill University. They currently chair the Satellite Broadcasting and Communications Association and serve on the boards of other industry associations.
