John Yi

John Yi is the Head of Billing Operations at EchoStar, bringing 18 years of progressive experience in customer operations and vendor management across telecommunications and financial services. Previously, John held various senior roles at Dish, including Senior Operations Manager, where John oversaw billing for over 9 million customer accounts and achieved significant cost savings through process optimization. John also served as Vendor Management Lead at Octane and has developed expertise in project management, BPO negotiations, and operational efficiency. Currently pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and Management at Colorado State University Global, John maintains a strong commitment to improving customer experience and operational performance.
