Nick Melcher, MBA, is the Talent Acquisition Manager for Strategic Initiatives at EchoStar Corporation, where they lead efforts to recruit and attract top talent across multiple departments. With a strong background in retail management at Old Navy and Aeropostale, Nick cultivated a passion for relationship-building and effective communication. They previously held roles such as Talent Acquisition Supervisor and Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist at DISH Network. Nick earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Atmospheric Science from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee and a Master’s Degree in Business Administration from the University of Wisconsin-Whitewater.
