Wayne Connell

Wayne Connell is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in both non-profit and telecom sectors. As the Founder, President, and CEO of the Invisible Disabilities Association since 1996, Wayne manages all aspects of the organization, including board management, marketing, and fundraising, while also creating the Love IDEAS Summit. Currently serving as Senior Manager of Telecom Infrastructure Management at EchoStar Corporation, Wayne leads a team that has achieved significant cost savings in telecom expenditures. Wayne is also the Founder and President of the Disability Advocates Network, promoting support and understanding for employees with disabilities. Prior roles include Off-net Access Planner at Level 3 Communications, President of Qwest Friends, and SR Planning/Design Engineer at Qwest, along with a successful tenure at RadioShack.com. Wayne holds a BA from Colorado Christian University and completed the Dale Carnegie Course in Effective Communications and Human Relations.
