Steve McGrath

Steve McGrath has over 20 years of work experience in various roles and industries. Steve started their career at CompuCom in 1997 as a District Services Manager, where they worked until 2008. In 2011, they joined IQNavigator as the Director of Service Center, and they stayed with the company until 2014. Steve then became a part of the Information Technology Group at Harvard Business School in February 2014. Currently, they are working at EchoStor Technologies as a Solutions Architect since October 2017.

Steve McGrath attended Antioch Senior High from 1983 to 1986, where they obtained a diploma in the field of study "All". Additionally, they obtained a ServiceNow Certified Systems Administrator certification in April 2018. Steve also holds an ITIL V3 Foundations certification from the institution ITIL Certified, although the specific month and year of obtaining it are not provided.
