Chris Baker

Chris Baker is a Content and Knowledge Manager currently serving as the Head of Content & Knowledge at Echtus, where they support innovative businesses in leveraging education for growth and retention. They previously held roles such as Instructional Designer at Emory University and Training Manager at Gwinnett County Public Library, where they designed and delivered training programs for diverse audiences. Chris also worked at Intellum as a Technical Documentation Lead, driving content strategy and collaboration across teams. They earned a Bachelor’s Degree in English - Creative Writing and a Master’s Degree in Library and Information Science from Valdosta State University, graduating summa cum laude.
