Benjamin Potter is a seasoned global services leader and board advisor, currently serving as the Senior Vice President of Professional Services at ECI Software Solutions, where they support over 25,000 small and medium-sized businesses. Benjamin previously held various leadership roles in the U.S. Army National Guard, including Battalion Logistics Officer and Battery Commander, and contributed to the Rhode Island Interscholastic League as a Strength and Conditioning Specialist. They also gained extensive experience at Everbridge in various implementing and customer success roles. Benjamin earned a Bachelor's Degree in Politics and Law from Bryant University, completed in 2014.
