Bill M. has extensive experience in product management, starting as a Business Systems Analyst at Verizon in 2005. Bill then transitioned through various product management roles at companies like Bindo, DocASAP, Infragistics, SwipeClock, Jolt, and ButterflyMX®. Bill currently holds the position of Director of Product Management at ECI Software Solutions. Throughout their career, they have demonstrated a strong ability to define product strategies, manage teams, and drive product execution.

Bill M. completed their Bachelor of Science in Business and Technology at Stevens Institute of Technology from 2001 to 2006. Bill then earned their Master of Science in Technology Management from the same institution from 2006 to 2010. In 2017, they attended a program at Silicon Valley Product Group focused on product development.
