David Del Sol

David comes to ECI with more than 10 years of experience in corporate finance, mergers, and acquisitions. He is responsible for the company’s global acquisition strategy and all corporate development activities.

Most recently, David served as a member of the Corporate Development team at Solera Holdings in Westlake, Texas, a provider of software to the automotive and residential property industries. Prior to Solera, David was an investment banking analyst in the Technology, Media, and Telecommunications group at Barclays Capital in New York City. While at Barclays, he worked on various buy-side and sell-side M&A transactions as well as debt and equity financing.

David’s passions are skiing and travel, and his favorite places to ski are Big Sky, Montana and Jackson Hole, Wyoming. He earned a B.S.B.A. degree in Finance from the University of Arkansas.
