Jennifer Lipschultz has over 30 years of work experience in project management, with a focus on M&A integration and program management. Jennifer held various roles at companies such as ECI Software Solutions, US Anesthesia Partners, Emerus Holdings, Nokia Siemens Networks, and Motorola. Key positions include Senior Director of M&A Integration and Project Management, Director Corporate Project Management Office, and Senior Director of Program Management. Jennifer has demonstrated expertise in leading global teams, product launches, and project initiations.

Jennifer Lipschultz holds a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign. Jennifer then pursued a Master's degree in Marketing and Finance from Southern Methodist University - Cox School of Business. Additionally, they obtained a Project Management Professional (PMP) certification from the Project Management Institute. Jennifer also started but did not complete a Master of Business Administration (MBA) program at The University of Chicago Booth School of Business, which they transferred to SMU.
