Marsha Winter has a diverse background in operations and finance management. Marsha has held various leadership roles in companies such as ECI Software Solutions, Sigmetrix, RJ Byrd Search Group, Principal Technology, Footprint Operational Services, LLC, Cates Control Solutions, Rexel, GE Supply, Automation Solutions International, and Shafer Commercial Seating Inc. Their responsibilities have included overseeing operations, finance functions, strategic planning, streamlining processes, P&L management, contract negotiation, and mentoring staff. Marsha's experience spans from being a Director of Operations to a Vice President of Global Operations, showcasing their expertise in driving growth and efficiency in various business environments.

Marsha Winter attended Southwestern Oklahoma State University, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration. Marsha also holds a certification as a Six Sigma Green Belt.
