Shawn Yates has over 25 years of experience in executive leadership roles, specializing in product management, strategy, and healthcare operations. Shawn has held positions at companies such as ECI Software Solutions, Finvi, IC System, Experian, United Health Group, Sentara Healthcare, and Cawthorn & Picard PC. Their expertise includes leading product development, establishing new initiatives for growth, and implementing innovative technology services to drive business success.

Shawn Yates attended Virginia Tech, studying Liberal Arts & Science with a focus on History & Political Science. Subsequently, they obtained an ABA approved Certification in Litigation Studies from the National Center for Paralegal Training. Shawn also holds additional certifications such as PMC Level II from Pragmatic Institute and Scrum Foundations Course from Scrum Alliance D-A-CH e.V.
