Stephanie Harless

Stephanie Harless has a diverse work experience in various roles starting from 2002 to the present. Stephanie began as a Program Coordinator at COSI and then moved on to roles at Interventional Pain Solutions and McGraw-Hill Education before joining Veeam Software. Stephanie worked at Veeam Software as an Instructional Designer and later as a Senior Manager in Global Training/Instructional Design. Stephanie then transitioned to Macola Software, which was acquired by ECI Software Solutions, where they held the position of Senior Education and Enablement Manager. Currently, Stephanie is employed at ECI Software Solutions, where they have advanced to the role of Director of Product Release and Enablement.

Stephanie Harless obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Creative Writing from Denison University in 2001. Stephanie then pursued a Master of Arts degree in Education from The Ohio State University, graduating in 2011. Additionally, Stephanie obtained PMC Level I and PMC Level II certifications from Pragmatic Institute in 2022.
