E-Cigarette Direct is a UK vape and e-liquid retailer, founded in 2008 and headquartered in Swansea.

We operate an online vape store alongside a network of specialist high street vape shops across England and Wales, supplying adult customers with a carefully selected range of vape devices, e-liquids and nicotine alternatives.

As an independent, family-owned business, we focus on responsible retail, product knowledge and long-term customer trust. We supply both our online store and retail locations directly from our Swansea-based warehouse to ensure consistent availability, service and pricing.

E-Cigarette Direct is one of the UK’s longest-running independent vape retailers and sits on the steering committee of the Independent British Vape Trade Association (IBVTA). We also publish evidence-based information through our blog to support informed adult choice.
