André Marki is currently the Daglig leder at SILT Norge AS and has held the position of HR BP Group at ECIT Norge from 2022 to 2024. Previously, André served as HR Director for Scandinavia, Finland, and the Baltics at L'Oreal Norge AS from 2003 to 2005, and held various senior roles in human resources and finance at Norges Bank Investment Management and L'Oréal. With an MBA from BI Norwegian Business School and an NLP Master Practitioner certification, André also possesses entrepreneurial experience as the owner and manager of Equine Performance Norway from 2014 to 2018.
